How can someone tell you about themselves while they are busy adding to the chapters of their story?

I’m married with three gorgeous (and photogenic) children and work on my photography part-time. I have been very fortunate to have visited a lot of Australia and share the experiences with my family due to my ‘day job’ but I now call Melbourne my home.

I have been interested in photography on and off most for of my life however I didn’t get serious about it until about 2004 and that’s when i purchased my first camera… a Canon 30D and since then my camera has never been too far from reach.

Disenchanted Photography is all about doing things ‘outside of the box’ and while this phrase gets thrown around a lot in the photographic community, I try very hard to make my images not only slightly bizarre and unique but interesting and thought provoking as well. Regardless of whether I’m shooting a wedding, commercial fashion or products, portraits, bands, animals, family or landscapes I’m always looking for that special shot that will make my photos stand apart from the crowd.
